Significant work in blue tones from the Paris period, during which the first contacts with Arnold Rüdlinger and Eberhard W. Kornfeld were made. A selection of his works is shown in Bern for the first time in 1955 at the Kunsthalle in the exhibition "Tendences actuelles".
