Shown is the youngest son of Elena Luksch-Makowski and Richard Luksch, who was born in Hamburg on 3 July 1912 and is 6 years old in the picture. Sitting on an armchair with an introverted gaze, he is holding Russian toy figures in his hands, in the background a painting by the artist, "Russian Dolls", as Chadzis was able to prove with a reproduction

Erläuterungen

Dargestellt ist der jüngste Sohn von Elena Luksch-Makowski und Richard Luksch, der am 3. Juli 1912 in Hamburg zur Welt kam und auf dem Bild 6-jährig ist. Mit introvertiertem Blick auf einem Fauteuil sitzend, hält er russische Spielzeugfiguren in der Hand, im Hintergrund ein Gemälde der Künstlerin, "Russische Puppen", wie Chadzis anhand einer Reproduktion nachweisen konnte
